SELF-MANAGEMENT IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE TEACHER OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX
Abstract
Education of the new century is perceived by society as one of the highest values of life, the importance of professional activity and self-management of a teacher increases. The pedagogue of the modern educational complex needs personal and professional habilitation to make adjustments to the professional activity and develop a fundamentally new individual trajectory. Purpose. The article is devoted to the actual problem – self-management of a teacher in the implementation of the professional activity of a modern educational complex. Methodology. The study was based on the mechanisms of self-management, pedagogical engineering, the development of professiogram and professional skills of a teacher-manager. Results. The results of the work consist in the study of the concepts of «self-management», «pedagogical management», «engineering», «pedagogical engineering», «professional-pedagogical engineering», the development of professiograms, as well as professional skills of the teacher-manager. Practical implications. The results of the study can be applied in the field of modern educational complex.
