La pena de prohibición de comunicarse con la víctima en el Código Penal de 1995: regulación y propuesta de "lege ferenda"

Abstract

In this paper we will analyse the legal nature, content, conditions for application, durability, execution and breach of the ancillary penalty about the prohibition to communicate with the victim in the Spanish Criminal Law. The aim is to identify deficiencies in its regulation and make proposals for improving it.
