Opposite effects of positive and negative symptoms on resting-state brain networks in schizophrenia

Abstract

Nested spectral partition (NSP) method, fMRI data, machine learning and gene otology analysis show that positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia have opposite effects on the functional organization of resting-state brains.
