'Stalking' is an English term which is used to refer to the unlawful conduct involving repeated harassment, exaggerated contact, obsessive attention, or any other forms of unwanted behavior that might cause a person to feel fear. In other words, 'stalking' is a one-sided ostentatious behaviour. A person wishes another one to think of him/her, the other wants to banish this person from memory. This psychological terror of persecution and harassment that often results into physical violence not only turns an individual's life upside down, but also causes several diseases of mental or physical nature. Since it can break out in the life of not only a celebrity but of anyone and under any circumstance, this issue is important to everyone, and also being not limited to experts like psychologists, nurses, doctors, and police officers. The present study aims to provide detailed information on 'stalking'.
