Based on the data from the Longqi Bay beach resource survey conducted in the spring and autumn of 2022, the profile characteristics, sediment grain size, and rip current occurrence of Jiaochangwei, Datangjiao, Huangni Bay, and Judiaosha beaches were analyzed. The results demonstrated that the slopes of four beach profiles were smaller in autumn and larger in spring, and the slopes of the profiles varied greatly when they were directly affected by wave and tide, and less when they were sheltered. The beach as a whole showed siltation in winter and spring, and erosion in summer and autumn. The beach sediment was mainly medium sand, coarse sand, and gravel, with little change in grain size. No obvious rip current occurred on the four beaches, which were evaluated as low hazard levels. It was suggested that seasonal beach nourishment should be considered in the development of beach tourism, and the ESE and SE waves should be weakened in the development of reclamation and aquaculture, and coastal engineering.
