Abstract

Progress and somatic symptoms of many general diseases in elderly people have a number of peculiarities. In connection with the pattern of involutional processes in the body of elderly people, the idea of a typical course and manifestation of certain diseases vary greatly. In order to choose a conservative tactics of endodontic treatment of chronic apical periodontitis these peculiarities should be considered.
