EVALUATION OF FACTORS FOR FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGIONS UNDER INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE

Abstract

The development of external economic activity in the regions under the WTO reveals the need for a new mechanism to increase the efficiency of this sector of the market economy. Studies have shown that in general, the integration into the trade organization will be very painful for the Russian enterprises, which in turn makes it necessary to identify the factors of a positive nature, adjusted to the new institutional changes.
