PERSPECTIVES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPHERE OF ATTRACTION OF CITIZENS' FUNDS FOR FINANCING CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The article discusses the issue of refusing to participate in the shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate and its replacement with new ways of attracting citizens' money to finance construction. The directions of development of legal provisions providing protection of participants in investment and construction relations are proposed.
