Wild Vegetables, Salsa, and Street Art. Cultural and Ecological Developments in the Chinese Provincial Landscape
Abstract
A young boy and girl are sitting in front of one another, seemingly looking at each other. They are separated by a small dam. These are not real persons, but elements of a mural by French street artist Seth, whose real name is Julien Malland. Seth painted this work in June 2015, using the walls of a building in the Jinshan District, a suburban area in the countryside around Shanghai, as his canvas.
