Pour un interactionnisme dispositionnaliste dans l’étude du travail
Abstract
This article draws on field surveys conducted by the author in the professional environment of musicians in France and Switzerland to show how the dispositionalist approach can enrich the interactionist study of professional groups and careers. In particular, the aim is to see how the articulation between primary socialization and professional socialization can be thought of, through an in-depth case study: the socio-professional trajectory over twenty years of former members of a musical group active around 2000.
