Soft issues have been identified as key factors to project success. The vision of project success evolved mainly due to stakeholders’ demands. Within this context, this study aimed to investigate project success dimensions, exploring soft and hard prospects. The methodological approach was a case study based on three projects. The results showed important dimensions of product, team, customer, business and sustainability in the project success which were analyzed beyond the traditional dimensions. There was an expressive relevance of the soft aspects in the project management analyzed and also the influence of the stakeholder, type of project and project phase.
