Salt has proven to be an effective treatment for pyogenic granulomas in children and leads to rapid lesion resolution without recurrence. We report a case of a young girl in whom salt is used as a treatment for a partially excised pyogenic granuloma, with complete lesion resolution. Keywords: pyogenic granuloma, salt
