Nursing management in the fecal microbiota transplantation for a child with autism (1例孤独症患儿行粪菌移植术的护理)

Abstract

This paper summarized the the nursing experience in the fecal bacteria transplantation for one child with autism. Based on the comprehensive evaluation on the illness condition and individual characteristics of the patient, a targeted preoperative nursing plan was made, including preparation for fecal microbiota transplantation, preoperative nursing, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative illness observation, individualized safe management, health education after discharge and follow-up. (本文总结1例孤独症(ASD)患儿行粪菌移植术(FMT)护理经验。术前结合患儿的病情及特殊性进行综合评估, 制定针对性的FMT围术期护理, 包括移植前的准备、术前护理、术中配合、术后病情观察、个体化安全护理以及出院后健康宣教和随访等。。)
