Nursing experience of a case of phlebitis caused by amiodarone hydrochloride treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains (中药塌渍治疗1例盐酸胺碘酮致静脉炎的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of amiodarone hydrochloride treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains. The patient was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains, and interventions on exercise and mental health were carried out to improve the rehabilitation. Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains, characterized by easy-to-operate, safe, wide scope of application, comfort and high rate of acceptance among patients, is effective in treating phlebitis caused by amiodarone hydrochloride injection. (本文总结了1例给予中药溻渍治疗盐酸胺碘酮注射液引发静脉炎患者的护理体会。中药溻渍治疗盐酸胺碘酮注射液引发的静脉炎效果显著, 治疗期间做好活动指导和心理护理, 有助于促进患者康复。中药溻渍具有操作简单、安全有效、适应症广泛、治疗过程舒适、患者易于接受的特点, 值得临床借鉴。)
