POLÍTICA HABITACIONAL E QUESTÃO DA HABITAÇÃO: em tempo de dissolução de políticas públicas
Abstract
This article deals with the question of housing, the National Housing Policy in Brazil, especially the first decades of the century XXI. It deals with the legal framework established in this period, support for the institutionalization of politics, programs, definition of sources of financing, forms of participation and social control, which marks advances and marks setbacks which gain strength from the current decade. It places firm contradictions in the right to housing and the city, impacting, above all, the share of the population in the area of social interest, and simultaneously demarcates deconstruction and dissolution of the public policy of the Brazilian State. Housing and sanitation are issues that are historically overlapping with urban expansion and urban growth, indicative of spaces in constant conflicts between social classes.
