FLEXIBILIZATION AND COMBINATION OF PROCEDURES IN THE BRAZILIAN CIVIL PROCEDURAL SYSTEM

Abstract

This paper analyzes the characteristics (and limits) of procedural flexibility and the combination of procedures in the Brazilian Civil Procedure Law, as instruments that allow the judge to promote procedural adaptability to adequate the procedures to the characteristics and peculiarities of the case.
