Intellectual Capital, aims to dimension the set of intangible assets that organizations have, hence this study focuses on the evaluation of intellectual capital at the Francisco de Paula Santander University Ocaña section, with a non-experimental quantitative approach of a transversal type descriptive, where from the measurement design it allowed to diagnose each of the elements that make up the intellectual capital such as: human capital, structural capital and relational capital. The results of the theoretical review and the consultation with experts allowed to determine the Intellectus model as the theoretical reference for this research. From the statistical analysis carried out it was possible to determine the need for training to strengthen human capital as well as the design of strategies that allow greater institutional growth in the face of the development of its structural capital and sustainability of its relational capital.
