Creativity in the process of training electricity technicians
Abstract
The paper describes the result of reference study of creativity development in the context of pre-service activities. The objective was to construct a framework in the searching for novel solutions to professional problems concerning equipment exploitation and electric systems in the process of training the corresponding following an individual tailored approach. Several scientific methods were used including both theory-based and empirical based ones. The main finding is a new conception of the process of creativity development during pre-service activities connected to professional problem solving tasks that starting from the individual tailored approach already mentioned lead to rethinking the role of labor workshops and their relation to the polytechnic school.
