RELATIONS WITH PEERS OF SENIORS SCHOOL STUDENTS APPLYING DIFFERENT STRATEGY OF INTERACTION WITH PARENTS
Abstract
The article deals with the topical problem of study of relations with peers and parents at senior school students. Because modern society imposes special require-ments in ability of effective interaction to graduate school students. Interpersonal at-titudes and patterns of behavior are formed in parent family, and are implemented at school and in circle of peers. Research purpose: to study peculiarities of relations with peers at senior school students applying different strategies of interaction with parents. Methodology: theoretical analysis and synthesis, ascertaining experiment, meth-ods of psychodiagnostics, methods of qualitative and mathematical-statistical data. The results showed that strategy of interaction of senior with parents determine their relationships with peers at favorable impact of cooperation strategy and destructive influence strategies of counteraction and subjection. It is proved that destructive na-ture of child-parent relationship determines difficulties in interpersonal interaction with peers in teenager, prevalence of negative emotional experiences, disharmony be-tween trends to wider community and to selectivity, and also dissatisfaction com-municating with opposite sex. The article is of great help to guidance counselors, family psychologists and pedagogues in solving problem of optimization of relation-ships with parents and peers at school students. Also the results of the study will be of interest to instructor to supplement content of teaching psychological disciplines.
