The Basis of The Civil Responsibility for The Spread of Corona Virus -Comparative Analytical Study-

Abstract

After the new Corona virus invaded all parts of the world and spread from the city of Wuhan in China at the end of the year 2019, it led to the arrangement of many effects, including economic, health and many other effects, which resulted in severe damage to individuals in all countries, whether through a decrease in daily income or due to Damaging the health of individuals or even leading to their death, and there must be civil responsibility for these damages that befall individuals due to the outbreak of the virus, whether for the state or for the ordinary individual. The civil responsibility put forward by the jurists, which is represented by the personal theory (the theory of error) and objective responsibility, and the weighting of one of them as a basis for civil responsibility for the outbreak of the Corona virus.
