The study aims to analyze the modern injuries in labor relations, in the context of contemporary capitalism, economic globalization and production restructuring. From this perspective the productive relations are characterized by the consumerist logic of worker exploitation, environmental degradation and instability of personal relationships, causing big impacts on labor rights. So mister defend the classification of labor rights as human rights, to ensure their protection and effectiveness, as well as strengthening of labor law and social - democratic principles, such as equalizers agents of the capital-labor conflict, to build a society more just and equitable.
