In the article are considered the methodical bases of designing and realization of a series of webinars aimed at developing the skills of searching scientific publications for future teachers. The relevance of the article is confirmed by the requirements of modern standards and the low level of students’ readiness to carry out scientific research activities. The goal of the research is to develop effective development tools for future tutors of skills in the search for scientific information. Methodology: there were used the methods of theoretical and empirical research; were studied the theoretical bases of preparation of students for realization of research activity, was spent the questioning and described the basic approaches to use of webinars for development of abilities of search of scientific publications in specialized systems. In the article presents the methodology of conducting webinars and the results of approbation. The suggested methodology by the authors can be used to train teachers at various levels of vocational training.
