A review of Pharmacological Agents Used to Treat COVID-19 During the Pandemic.

Abstract

A number of pneumonia cases have been reported in China since December 2019. After a series of researches, the World Health Organization named this disease caused by 2019-nCoV on 11 February 2020 as coronavirus disease (COVID-19). COVID-19 is a global pandemic. The aim of this review was to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the drugs used in COVID19 pandemic Evidence for eficacy of the drugs used in the COVID-19 pandemic is not yet clear. Further studies and information are needed on these drugs.
