Abstract

Nursing teaching case is to provide reference and guidance for teaching and clinical practice through representative typical clinical cases and various teaching methods. By combining the characteristics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing discipline and referring to the relevant domestic and foreign medical record reporting guidelines, this paper tried to compile the Key Points and Checklist of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Teaching Plan Writing, focusing on the modularization of the five aspects of teaching situation, teaching objectives, teaching methods, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation, so as to provide reference for domestic nursing workers to write high-quality nursing teaching case reports, promote the formulation, promotion and application of the standardized case report of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing. (护理教案是以教学为目的, 通过代表性的典型临床案例, 采用多种教学方法, 为教学和临床实践提供借鉴和指导价值。通过结合中西医结合护理学科特点, 参考国内外相关病案报告指南, 尝试编制中西医结合护理教案写作要点和核对清单, 重点对教学情境、教学目标、教学方法、教学实施、教学评价五方面结构模块化, 为国内护理工作者撰写高质量护理教学案例报告提供借鉴和参考, 推动中西医结合护理案例报告规范的制定和推广应用。)
