Effect evaluation of the combination of medical care and health care model for the elderly with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (中医药特色的医养结合养老健康模式应用效果评价)
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of medical care and healthcare model for the elderly with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods A total of 102 elderly people who agreed to carry out pension services from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. A medical-nursing combined healthcare model with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the stay of nursing institution. The Short-Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36) was conducted before and after the implementation. Elderly people’s satisfaction with nursing service was measured by using self-made questionnaire. Results After the implementation of the medical-nursing combined healthcare model with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the SF-36 score of the patients was higher than that before the implementation, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05). After the implementation, the satisfaction rate was higher than that before the implementation, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Under the background of the combination of medical care and health care model with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine has achieved good results, which can significantly improve the quality of life of the elderly and promote the satisfaction of health care services for the elderly. (目的 评价中医药特色的医养结合养老健康模式的应用效果。方法 选择2023年1月—2024年1月入住眉山市中医医院龚村养护中心接受养老服务的102例老年人为研究对象, 实施中医药特色医养结合养老健康模式。采用SF-36生存质量评分表评估实施前后生活质量, 评价养老服务满意度。结果 实施后老年人生活质量评分高于实施前, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。实施后养老服务满意度较实施前提高, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 在医养结合背景下开展中医药健康养老服务模式, 能提高老年人的生活质量, 提升养老服务满意度。)
