The impact of heat waves on the economic costs of agricultural crops in ‎Anbar Governorate

Abstract

The research aims to show the effect of heat waves on ‌increasing the economic costs of the agricultural crops ‌covered in the study in Anbar Governorate, which are ‌‌(wheat, barley, tomato, eggplant, orange, apple, spring ‌potatoes, autumn potatoes). It is the appropriate ‌temperature for growing crops, each according to its own ‌need. The rise and fall of this temperature directly ‌affects productivity and quality, and thus the ‌possibility of delivering it to the consumer at the ‌lowest harmful costs and the sustainability of ‌production in quantity and quality. Here, the research ‌diagnoses the negative effects of heat waves on the ‌crops grown and marketed to the consumer, trying to shed ‌light on the possibility of Avoid the effects of these ‌waves and their frequency and make Climatic ‌characteristics are an advantage in the success of ‌agricultural production and ensuring its suitability.‌
