 In view of the toxicity and occupational health risks associated with the traditional cyanide silver plating process，a study of the cyanide-free silver plating process was carried out.Through Hull Cell experiments and observation and comparison of experimental phenomena，the process parameters of cyanide-free silver plating were determined and optimized.Results showed that when the process conditions were temperature of 35～45 ℃，pH value of 9.0～10.0 and current density of 0.1～1.2 A/dm2，the as-prepared silver plating coating with a flat appearance，high purity，and uniform brightness was obtained.Moreover，the plating bath had the advantages of good stability and high current efficiency，which possessed market application potential.
