General principles of the philosophy of environmental reclamation in the Bill of Islam From the perspective of the texts of the Holy Quran and Hadith
Abstract
It is not hidden on every follower of the texts of the Holy Quran and Sunnah that preserving the natural environment and nurturing its diversity of life is an important legitimate destination, and therefore all that achieves this legitimate public purpose, the Islamic sharia is encouraged and called for its realization. The unique of Islam in dealing with the environment has a unique philosophy in which it has adopted a nodal, behavioral and legislative course aimed at instilling awareness of the value of the environment in the human being, in its architecture and rehabilitation. In this context, this study highlights some of the general principles that illustrate the philosophy of Islamic law in the care and protection of the environment, and everything that devotes its goodness and reform to the forms of dangers and harm.
