Abstract

Until 1990, in our country the climatic observations were made with classical technology, which demanded qualified people. The work was quite difficult, because the observations were supposed to be done no matter the meteorological conditions; errors appeared due to the equipment (systematic errors), but also due to human errors (accidental errors) Starting 1990 on the market showed-up modern equipments, computerized, which confers rapidity and high precision in registering climatic data.
