Design and implementation of integrated dispatching platform of Sichuan earthquake emergency command center

Abstract

With the changes in theory of the earthquake emergency discipline, the renewal of business operation mode and the transformation of information technology, this paper puts forward the principle of “comprehensive response, coordinated linkage, centralized release, integrated earthquake integration, and integrated design” based on actual demand. The core goal is to serve the earthquake relief headquarters, earthquake emergency service. This paper analyzes the role of key points such as video coordination, information linkage and application modeling, and builds a comprehensive dispatch platform with rapid post-earthquake response, coherent and information sharing.
