Abstract

This text addresses the issue of academic freedom by focusing on the status of researchers’ sources and data in the social sciences. I am interested both in their administrative conditions of production and their legal status, particularly in contexts where public or private operators would like to obtain them or neutralise them against the advice of respondents and researchers.
