La Divisione Teulié in Pomerania: l’inedito Rapporto delle Operazioni

Abstract

You can find here an original and unpublished Journal of the operations led by the troops of an Italian Division in Northern Germany during the 1806/07 Napoleonic campaign. This document, found in the War Archives of SHD, describe the movement of the Italian units from the French coast to Berlin and the theatre of operation in Pomerania. The Italian units, coming from the national army of the Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy (1805/1814), were employed in the siege of the city of Kolberg and then in the siege of the Swedish fortress of Stralsund. The Journal describe widely all the combats, fights and engagements in which the units took part, joined with some sketches of the enemy positions.
