Aplicación de la GTC-34 y GTC-45 en una S.A.S de servicios en HSEQ: Estudio de caso

Abstract

The goal of the project was the development of the Occupational Health Program and Risk Factor Outlook based on the Colombian Technical Standards GTC 34 and 45, for a SAS company working on HSEQ solutions. The outlook and the program were based on a diagnosis obtained through a survey filled out by the Manager and by checking the occupational health progress status through a “checklist”. With this information, a risk matrix was applied to each process, which complemented the Occupational Health Program design. Finally, the results of the project were socialized with all employees, and it is expected to be the starting point for the enterprise to build a culture of pre­vention and self-care. The implementation of the Occupational Health Program allows the studied company to comply with the Colombian law in Occupational Health, get the RUC, bid in the public and private sector, and initiate a process of S& S - OHSAS 18001: 07 standards certification.
