This research was aimed at the evaluation of the determining factors of bean yields in the Basic Agricultural Production Unit “Youth of the future”. To realize this objective is proposed and applied a methodology based on methods and econometric techniques and management that combines the Delphi method, the MICMAC method and computer system SICEP. The application of the methodology showed a list of the factors that determine bean yields, the MICMAC method allowed to identify as key factors to the attentions cultural, rain, temperature, percentage of population, soil quality and quality of the seed. Among the factors evaluated, attentions cultural proved to be the item with the highest weight in bean yields. The reply feature selected, allowed the assessment of the specific weight of each element on yields and introduced a level of precision in the estimates of a 96, 57%.
