Abstract

The essay, after defining the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and outlining its boundaries within the field of economics and business, highlights the advantages and disadvantages resulting from the introduction of AI into business processes. Attention is then drawn to the issues related to the coexistence of humans and AI within entrepreneurial organizations, and finally, some proposals are formulated to address these issues with the perspective of a new humanism that, starting from businesses, can involve human society as a whole.
