Influence of storage conditions on the technological potential of grain wheat of grain wheat of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article studies the impact of grain storage conditions determined by the parameters of temperature and relative humidity of the environment on the indices of technological dignity (TD) and the proposed indicator of technological potential (TP) of soft wheat grain. The detected dependence will allow managing TP of soft wheat grains under different storage conditions.
