Abstract Penile squamous cell carcinoma with pelvic lymph node metastases/recurrence has a poor prognosis. We reported a case with recurrent pSCC was administered cetuximab and anlotinib after failure of first‐line treatment and achieved an effective response. Cetuximab combined with anlotinib may be a new choice for relapsed pSCC.
