Abstract

Dialogue is traditionally a means of making complex knowledge understandable. Unlike debate or discussion, dialogue is not about being right, but about establishing connections. This special issue of Locus Scholarly Journal focuses on the tension between the promise of dialogue and the practice of dialogue. Specifically, we do so in relation to interdisciplinarity and interdisciplinary collaboration.
