INSTITUTIONAL IMPERATIVES OF THE STATE AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE AGRIKULTURAL SECTOR THE REGION

Abstract

In the article the urgency of development of the state and private partnership is proved, key concepts of institutional imperatives of economic growth, a problem of ensuring food security are opened, problems of realization of social arrangement and modernization of infrastructure of agrarian regions, problems of attraction of the capital in the state and municipal sectors in the agrarian sphere are designated, ways of creation ofpartnership in modern conditions, creation in the region of legal base for effective functioning of the state and private partnership are developed.
