The text analyses the relation between technology and learning. It initiates by the understanding that the available technologies use, into each period of the humanity history, radically transforms the form of social organization, communication, culture and the learning. In the current civilization stage, the digital technologies of communication and information make possible new forms of access to the information, new interaction and communication and possibilities differentiated forms of reaching the learning. These technologies, however, require an ample knowledge of its specificities so that they can be used adequately in systematic projects of education. They also demand differentiated teaching, a new pedagogy and the extensive use of the human capacities (very beyond the cognition) in differentiated learning processes. Moreover, these new technologies make possible that the learning can happen in collective integrated form, articulating information and people who are in different places and are of age, sex, physical conditions, areas and differentiated formation levels. The text concludes that the current digital communication and information technologies make possible the reach of new learning that leads people to new socially valid advances in the current development stage of the humanity.
