CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF CHRONIC ASPERGILLOSIS IN A PATIENT WITH SPINAL BLOOD CIRCULATION DISORDER
Abstract
Subject of research. Study of the influence of pathogenic factors and predisposing conditions on the development of aspergillosis of the central nervous system. Purpose of research – demonstration of a clinical case of chronic aspergillosis in a patient with impaired spinal circulation. Results. The patient had no clinical manifestations of lung disease: cough, fever, changes in the blood count. In chronic aspergillosis, vivid manifestations of the disease are not always noted, which is due to a moderate impairment of the immune response. The death of the patient came from aspergillus sepsis, the gateway of which was invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. Application. Neurology, therapy, parasitology, infectious diseases, dermatology, diagnosis and treatment of aspergillosis. Conclusion. Latent aspergillosis caused vascular inferiority in a patient with arteriovenous malformation in the spinal cord.
