L’endettement extérieur pour remplacer le financement non conventionnel en Algérie ?

Abstract

The main objective of this article is to present and analyze the reasons that could push or not Algeria to use external debt to replace unconventional financing, adopted in 2017 but abandoned before the scheduled deadline, to in the face of the economic and financial crisis that has been shaking it since 2015. This article shows that despite significant risks, there are objective arguments that argue in favor of resorting to external debt, if it is used well. This could allow Algeria to finance, instead of unconventional financing, solid and sustainable economic growth.
