Abstract

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C8H5N3O3, intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds link molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. These dimers are, in turn, linked though weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, with centroid–centroid distances of 3.678 (3) Å, into a three-dimensional network.
