Abstract

This article discusses the questions of the effective organization of the electronic services delivery processes monitoring. As the tool of the monitoring implementation is proposed to use the automated system that supplies the adaptive organization of the data acquisition, storage and manipulation processes. The system and technological problems of the monitoring organization are formulated, their essence and solving concepts are exposed.
