The English Lesson for Upper Secondary Schoolchildren, the Topic “Main Сities and Places of Interest in Ukraine”

Abstract

The article presents English lesson notes for upper secondary schoolchildren – “Main Сities and Places of Interest in Ukraine”. Communicative, educational, cultural and developing objectives are determined, the outline of the lesson is offered. The lesson notes contain activities for interactional and transactional speech development on the topic “Ukraine. General Information”, reading tasks for the text “Main Сities of Ukraine”, listening tasks for the text “Askania Nova National Preserve”, some exercises for improving students’ grammar skills.
