Wieloaspektowa metodyka analizy i zarządzania ryzykiem procesów biznesowych

Abstract

Presented in this paper the methodology constitutes a proposal of approach to risk analysis and management of business processes, taking into account the different categories of risk factors with different areas of activities of an organization. Proposed in this study the meth­odology is divided into the method of risk analysis of business processes and the method of man­agement of this risk. The level of risk in the business processes estimated by using the proposed method ofrisk analysis is an input value for the risk management of business processes as well as to develop strategies for business continuity management and risk prevention and reduction.
