Dialogue between Port Authorities, Environmental Agencies and the Public: Building a Port Environmental Agenda in Santos

Abstract

This text treats the process of environmental negotiation involving the Port Authority of Santos, the São Paulo State environmental agency and the general public which gives rise to opportunities for organizing a coalition that could promote sustainability.
