Council et al. It is part of a line of recent cases that help clarify and, arguably, expand the CJEU's jurisdiction over the Common Foreign and Security Policy. What distinguishes H v. Council et al. from the existing case-law is that the CJEU uses a new technique to expand its jurisdiction. Yet, while there is now a new tool in the toolbox, its usage seems to be limited to a narrowly defined set of staff-related disputes.
