In this paper we studied the structure and mechanical properties of ceramics Nb2O5 and ceramics based on coprecipitated pentoxide Nb2(1-y)Ta2yO5, and the effect of treatment with concentrated light flows (CLF) on the structure and properties of these materials, using scanning probe microscopy and Raman spectroscopy (RS).
