CALCULATION OF RESIDUAL LIFETIME FOR LIFTING INSTALATION – GANTRY CRANE MPT 20/5
Abstract
In this paper is presented step-by-step the calculus made in order to establishing the residuallifetime of a lifting crane using also non-destructive methods to establish the actual state of machine andareas subject to study, conducting to an extension up to 5 times of residual lifetime,but at 2/3 from initialload.
